Green Bird Bath is currently valued 2.5Hc - although people have been offering 3 Hc for mine - and I have seen them being Sold for 3 Hc, and sometimes a little Under [2.7/2.8]

The Green BB is always a wanted rare, as its Summer more people like to make summer themed rooms, this can be one solution to why its value is rising.
They are rising from 2.5 Hc and yes, you could probably push a trade for 3 Hc
