Can anyone design a web site for me using html , I will pay 2 hc sofas

If you are good at html and can make a site for me with a navigator at the left hand side, main bit in the middle ( iframe) , radio bit bottom left hand side. you will get all of the files in a .zip file and there are readmes telling how to set up the stats and affiliates etc... PM me your paypal email address and ill give you the link for the buy now button, then when ive accepted the payment ill give you the link to the files :D
