I have won 2 hc sofas so far and not received them on my account. I also asked for a name change, I sent f/r to someone and not got reply since.

Unfortunately, I have to confess that the current "giving out HC Sofas system" is extremely slow and difficult. All I can really say is PM Roxy916 with the times you're available on Habbo (along with your new Habbo name, so she knows) and then be patient once more. Sorry that you've had to wait for so long! It's a shame that Habbo removed the thing where you could drop furni in people's rooms, that was really helpful for this, so we have to work around it as best we can.

As for name changes, that's not the responsibility of this department but you can PM Yoshimitsui and ask him to help you out with that :)
