It's more of a adult game though, as you can have sexual interactions (nicely put) - It can also ruin lives though I've heard... people have ended up divorcing over things to do with it :P I've played it... it's extremely sexual.

Haha, my little brother used to play this a couple of years ago, he got fully addicted to it. I think he did star wars, and doctor who roleplay and stuff. He played on the adult grid, and I wasn't aware how 'adult' it was until i read up on it lol, i remember it being on the bbc news at one point and i looked up on it then.
