Turn loads of split tracks into a single track

I've done a mix where all the tracks have been split into seperate MP3's upon the crossfade. I was wondering if there are any programs where you load all the seperate MP3's in order and then it compiles them into one continuous MP3 track?

Drag them into Audacity, any simple editing program can do it.
