Creating Habbo Fansite/Radio! Need Joint owner and staff

Hey guys let me start off by introducing myself, my name is Kasey I am 17 years of age and am in my last year of high school, I am an apprentice electrician and work full time in summer and full time during school as I attend a coop program. I am pretty advanced in web development, a few years ago when I was 13-14 I used to Dj for some radio's was an admin and also owned one at one point, I got out of it and got into more professional stuff. I currently own a web hosting company and have designed layouts for many companies in my town.

Oh and I have an old account on habbox with 800+ posts (Diablo10) I just forgot password as its been few years. Just in case you think I am new at this.

Anyways I could go on and on. But now for the goodies, It is now summer break for me and I have quite a bit of time on my hands, and I always enjoyed running websites and stuff, however I would like a joint owner to help out, I have my weak points and my positives, and a joint owner can cover my negatives and so on. I am interested in making a radio station for habbo, and a fan site, along with forum etc.. I can provide hosting and domain through my company and also have a decent budget.

I am looking for a joint owner who is as enthusiastic as me, has some free time, is responsible, preferably 16 or over, can offer qualities such as web design, php or experience that is helpful in creating and maintaining a fansite/radio station.

Hey guys I got the domain up and the layout is up allong with a forum, I could still use some help. And some staff, I am looking for moderators, admins, news staff, djs, etc... Send me an private message. Could also use help updating layout adding the pages/content etc...
