How well do you sleep?

I was wondering how eveyone sleeps, As soon as your snuggled up do you drift off easily? Or do you stay awake as an insomniac. I've had sleeping problems so bought a CD called sleep. It had tips and it could be the bed I sleep in or my body clock, perhaps my routine. So let me know :)

i'm a rough sleeper, i can't drop off that easy. i normaly have to stay up reading a book or go on meh laptop till my eyes feel sore and then i go to sleep. its well annoying, my normal time for going to sleep is 2-3am and then i get up at 10am :P

Everyday this holiday sorta thing, I have woke up at 10.15 - 10.45, but I go to bed around 1.00ish. I stay up until I'm tired, because there is absoletely no point in going to bed if you're not tired. :D

Hard for me to fall asleep without music, worst part is when you fall asleep to music it is very difficult to wake up to an alarm because you were used to the noise when sleeping.

I don't really like sleeping... Well, I like sleeping. I just don't like waiting for sleep =P So I try to avoid it as much as possible. I read until I get so tired I just fall straight asleep, or I sit here =/
On the holiday Im nocturnalish, on school nights i try to be in bed before midnight.... Heh -_-

Its actually weird because the first time I ever used my CD I only woke up once, and that was because I was being strangled by the headphones XD
