I really doubt that it's the test hotel. As far as I'm aware, the only people that have access to it is the Puhekupla team, and a few other sites like that, as they struck a deal.

Habbox wasn't on that list... lol.

Why would Puhekupla have access... pretty sure they don't, I talk to Puhekupla's owners often and they've never mentioned they have access to it... and they ARE likely to tell ME something like that I assure you. ;P
