They were before release but it shows how much people wanted for them. You won't be able to put them in now as they're in the catalogue.

Indeed. The ones you buy from the catalogue have a blank message with your name in the bottom corner, so presumably the competition ones will still be different, so should still be worth a bit more, but not much I doubt after every man and his dog has bought the ones from catalogue.

Yes, the ball next to the trophy is called the "Grand Final Ball" which is new - at 15c.
