What's your favourite ride at Alton Towers?

Oblivion is very good but way too short for my liking. Make a point of going on Air - absolutely brilliant.

I'm a bit of a panzy at big rides, but Enterprise was good. :')
Hex was strange but cool too.

Air is really crap just makes you really dizzy and sick, Oblivion is too short & the only scary part is when your stuck at the top tbh, Nemisis is alright, didnt go on Rita cos it was closed last time & its supposed to be closed again & the new ride 13 looks amazing, cant wait to go on it tommorrow!

i've never been to alton towers but after youtubing some POVs, (although it hasn't got the same effect), i'd probably recommend oblivion or air.

I like Rita but that Hex ride was so weird, i'd advise anyone to go on Hex and you'll have a suprise at the end of it. :P

enterprise and nemesis were about the only rides that i was like oh wowowowowo oblivion and rita are OK but theyre nothing special, prefer stealth at thorpe park to both of them which is sorta like a combo of the two???

andddddddddddddd idk air is ok but not worth the queues if its hugely busy. OMG TRY THE GOLF BIT LOL

oh I went on the new ride thirteen when I went a couple of weeks ago, the queue was like 3 hours so I went in the single riders bit and only queued for half an hour instead. It was alright but definately not worth waiting 3 hours for so don't bother with it if the queue is still that long when you go

Yeah! I don't think that it has been called the log flume for years now. Pretty sure it's just the Flume these days, still good though.

Nemesis.

Air is a good concept, but too slow.

Thirteen is ok but not amazing. The only good bit is when you go backwards.

Oblivion is way too short.

Only good bit about Rita is the acceleration at the start.

Nemesis is still king.

Reminds me I still have a free ticket to go before September :).

Yeah they're baths now and you go under showers and stuff. All my friends enjoy the Flume but I think it's horrible. It just looks really cheaply made, old and rickety :P

Of course I love Air too, but I much prefer the brand new Manta roller coaster at SeaWorld in Florida. Lay on your front like air, built by the same people, just much smoother!! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-ReRRnaxIo


I forgot what Hex is?
I found Hex really boring. You go into a room and sit facing another group of people. The sides of the room move to make it feel like you're moving and going upside down, etc.
