Tbh fair Saurav I think the management team on the whole are pretty damn good and have brought the forum a long way in a short time. Just a a couple of issues I have with them is having persistent and long term rule breakers on MSN who moan and complain to the extent that I feel they do get preferential treatment and most of the mods seem unwilling to deal with them because of that and constant harrassment and sometimes lack of support when they do. Conversely members get infractions for saying **** (the other word for penis) which is quite redicuous especially when '***' isn't even filtered, compared with some ganging up on members to bully them not just once but over a number of years of years persistently with member after member and they are still allowed on the forum. Because I felt so strongly about this the best thing to do was resign.

I posted a complaint about that exact thing and I had a lot of PM exchanges (over 30) about that, but they said everyone's treated the same. They seem to think we are idiots. However, they are better than Sammeth. so...
