I don't know if this is new or old but on Habbo.com homepage, there's an advertisement on the right and their aim is to get as many signatures as possible because by 2015 they want 72 million children to be in the process of being educated. Once you have signed (all it asks for is Name, Surname, Country and Email Address) you should receive a 1GOAL badge (posted below) the 1GOAL badge kinda looks like a Habbo Group badge:

To get the badge, I think you should put in the email which is verified to your Habbo account.
