My ribs!

I was just stretching, like seriously not even doing anything else, and I heard a really loud (as if I was crunching a really big disgusting bug) crack in the middle of my right ribs. Now they really hurt, whenever I move. What on Earth :S

Whenever I move my body, or do something like cough I get a sharp pain in them, really really weird!

they sound like they're broke lol

but, from previous experience, broken ribs heal themselfs luckily & if you go the the hospital they will just send you straight back home with painkillers

if you have any painkillers, take them & that's as much as you can do really

The same thing happened to my knee the other day. It just clicked out of no where and now it really hurts whenever I move my leg. Walking is a pain. I wish you (and mysefl!) a swift recovery.

Well it obviously isn't normal and you'd best get it checked out. Even if you're just told to rest and take painkillers, at least you might find out how to avoid doing the same thing again. Best of luck x
