View Full Version : Golden Dragon lost to Habbo Legends

Well, here comes another long talk from the overly used mouth of Sabre, talks which some love, but most hate. :p

So, it appears that WobbleLegend has deleted the one Golden Dragon to be released for a long time. And I have many reasons why he shouldn't have done this, some come from the quote he supposedly made. Right so:

Firstly, his quote. Apparently he said that Habbo isn't all about pixels, it's about the people and friends. Well that's all very well WobbleLegend but if you truly wanted to make friends happy, why not donate it to the one person that made your time on Habbo most special? Didn't think of that now did you dork. :@ Or in any case, he could've traded it to spice someone elses Habbo life up if he was so content with his own. Plus the entire trading world on Habbo would've been revolutionised with it's addition. :(

**EDIT**: Some people have replied to this and made an addition to this point. If he really cared about his friends and not about the pixels, why didn't he trade it to someone else and shared the proceeds with his closest friends? He had an offer for 25 thrones from Specie, which i've checked, and TheUnspoken offered 40+ thrones for it. I mean now come on, how selfish. He could've had a mass throne giveaway for satan's sake. :@ A MASS THRONE GIVEAWAY, WOULDN'T THAT BE FRIENDLY?!?!?

Second, it isn't as if having it in a room would've been such a bad thing. Hell WobbleLegend, you could've made a decent nice room for your friends and many others to sit and have a chat, and the Golden Dragon would've been the final touch up to a cool room? :p It wasn't harming his friendships with others by sitting in his hand, nor by sitting in his room. Though if he had put it in a room, it would've pleased so many Habbos just to come and make a spectacle of it for a little while. :(

Third, and this is the most puzzling. WobbleLegend, in your infinite wisdom of making Habbo a nicer place, why oh why did you enter the competition to win it if you didn't really want the prize? Now granted, he could've just wanted to be involved, but he could've stood in the room, cheered others on to win the prize. If he wanted to be directly involved, maybe have a WobbleSquabble game with a Habbo Staff, then do so, but why did he do it over and over and purposely attempt to win, just to gain something that so many Habbos wanted? Yet he took the chance away from them, and then deleted the prize they aspired to win? :@ :@

Overall it was incredibly selfish of WobbleLegend to get rid of it the way he did when it was one of the most recent highlights of Habbo UK. I think I have made very valid points as to why it was so callous and ridiculous. And according to other posts, a lot of people would agree. Some have said "I think it was noble" and "I admire him" but never specified why. Maybe if WobbleLegend or others gave reasons for why it was such a great and noble act to do, I won't have to gouge out your eyes with a blunt spoon and feed them to your gullible neighbour.

End. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

oh COME ON. How can you not agree with any of my points except one? What so you think he shouldn't have made a room for Habbos? You don't think he should've donated it to someone special? All these things he COULD have done but DIDN'T. How can you justify that? :@

I feel the same way, I think it's a good post in which you view it from many different angles. I honestly don't believe he deleted it and I think he is attempting to create a hype over the deletion of the gold dragon. Surely he must have more common sense...........

And dont mind Christopher's remarks he lacks intelligence from all the previous issues I have seen his comments on.

And is the hacking over? I've heard people say it is. :s

Yes, apparently he deleted it, of course i'm just speculating on something i've heard other people say, i've checked Habbo and the evidence i got was a 'fan room' type room that told me. According to Habbo Searches WobbleLegend doesn't have any rooms. :s

If anyone can tell me where he admitted or talked about it, let me know. ;)

Better safe than sorry, It's no big deal to keep a few items on your account to occupy our times with trading but I wouldn't advise anyone to return to normal especially considering what happened on the .com hotel today.

Many different points to this post, I can't be bothered to write down
Good points though, saying that he deleted it will just bring more attention to him. Although, If you hacked him, it would be very stupid, Habbo would hopefully track it down within minutes. He's just making himself a target for the future I think.
If I won it, I'd keep my mouth shut, wow! you have a Gold Dragon, but don't be too vein with yourself, this could upset the wrong people and in future you'll be next on the list.
If he deleted it, then :l maybe he was trying to prove something? supposedly 'deleting' the Dragon could turn you into a Hero to some but a noob to others.

Will you stop being a pathetic moron, he deleted, Whats done is done, He made his Choice, Just because he didnt donate some cack dragon to you.

Maybe he played the Game for fun, thinking it was probably impossible for him to have won, I bet you never thought of that, Did you, Dork?

Slippers, I always think extensively before typing up any of my articles, otherwise they'd be picked to pieces for wrong facts.

If he played the game for fun, there would have been no way he'd have won, because there were so many people who tried much harder than just having fun. I never said I wanted the dragon, but I find it very selfish he didn't donate it anywhere, or trade it for 40 thrones and have a throne giveaway, like a nice responsible Habbo Community person.

Besides the facts Slippers, why do you constantly reply to everything I say with negative burbling that is incoherent, barely on topic, and pure spite? :s :( All this post is, is you having yet another dig at me. It's practically spam.

Well it doesn't really matter in the end. It was his dragon and he was free to do whatever he really wanted to. No one is here to judge or tell someone else that there opinion is wrong and that is why "Discussion boards" exist for the purpose of discussion. I myself dont believe it is deleted, it probably is still in his posession because he would not even be able to show someone that he did actually delete it.

Anyway you want to look at it I could have him a buyer for it within 5 minutes who is willing to offer him £200 for the exchange of his Dragon for their cash.

That's really nothing considering it would then be traded in for thrones probably 30-40 of them and then into HC's and in the end that dragon would have had an overall resale value of around £700-800.

Sulake is responsible for their own corrupting of the rare value market, there is an option and a possibility for them right now to fix it and actually make more money off of these kinds of items but they don't do it for some reason.

His quote said its not about Pixelated Furniture, so he doesn't like furni that much or find it important, he was trying to prove a point.

Third, and this is the most puzzling. WobbleLegend, in your infinite wisdom of making Habbo a nicer place, why oh why did you enter the competition to win it if you didn't really want the prize? To prove a point to others that it is not right to be addicted to pixels, hack and steal pixels to sell yourself or money with ebay for pixels. Furniture is not what makes Habbo special but the community Habbo once had.

Firstly, unless you've registered your secret account on a different computer, you might as well not bother with one. It didn't work for my. These hackers can IP check with the tools in housekeeping and search any other accounts you might have.

I guess it's up to Wobble what he does with his furniture. It really is none of our business. Yes, it could've helped trading, but we've still got 3 more Dragons to go after, and I'm sure a Gold one will be given out in a future competition to replace it. Most likely a Funky Friday or a remaining Habbo Explorer quest.

I totally agree with your point although I don't necessarrily require furniture in real life and I am not going to throw away my real couch and then say to my mom "I don't need this couch mom because I am happy in this world as long as I have you " *while throwing my couch off the balcony*.

The game isn't about furni but consider yourself somewhat lucky if you have it. I am going to get out of this thread before anyone else gets angry ;)

Bear-Max from the start I made a thread from the first time I heard someone was on housekeeping telling people the only way to properly save any items on your account is to create a clone on a completely seperate IP adress and computer, hopefully other people knew this as well and were able to or did take that precaution if it meant that much to them.

I wasn't trying to say his friends would just want his furni, I was saying it would've been a bloody nice gesture, to show who his true friends really are. If your Habbo bud offered you a gift of friendship would you say "no thanks, I don't need your gifts" You'd sound pretty ungrateful.

Nobody on Habbo is addicted to pixels, but furni is more than half of the reason Habbo has grown to the extent it has. Everybody, or most people love furni and all the fun that comes with it. It's ok to like furni, it's not a sin to be a trader or collector. If people want friends and not pixels there are hundreds of chat sites that are just a string of messages in a window, nothing more. If you prefer to just talk, go to a chat site, or MSN.

Of course you can live without furniture in real life but people just don't want to. On habbo just like in real life we all want the good stuff and we all want a good living. If you are the type of person who likes designer clothes and expensive food then you are most likely to be a Habbo that wants super rares seeing as though it's all about status and appearance.

I don't think what this guy did was wrong, I can't be one to tell anyone whats good for them. All I can say is that we are all entitled to our own opinion and people shouldn't call him stupid for it because that was obviously his choice..

I would say no thank you, I don't need furniture anymore because I only go on to Habbo to chat and research stuff =/ Ever since the ignorance of the Staff and their crummy services I don't see why I should have furniture. I would say no thank you, you can keep it. It is worth alot more to you than it is to me.

There are alot of addicted people out there, "Go to this site and it will give you free furni", scamming is apart of furniture addiction and/or craze for it. True furniture is ok I am not saying don't buy it because it is your own free will that can do that. You can go on Habbo to gain friends, just go to Public Rooms or around Private Rooms freely buying Furniture, just make sure greed doesn't kick in. Habbo Hotel is a far more better place to talk, you can express via Waving and Dancing and you can join in events that don't give furniture like making a game of tag in Hallway 1, Kick Wars or listening to a Radio.

EDIT: Oh dear whoops clicked the wrong button again *shakes an angry fist*
