Type 1 Diabetes

As you may or may not know, I have type 1 diabetes. I'd like to know if anyone else on the forum suffers from this, not to stalk them, just for a general heads up I suppose. Also if you have questions i'll answer them, and if you could fill the poll it would be awesome!

Also, before you post, make sure you understand the DIFFERENCES between type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

A family friend has type one diabetes. She's had it ever since she was little, and her father's always had it. Not too long ago she was in the hospital after having caught an illness, and her condition intensified because of her diabetic situation.
