For my Business Studies Coursework, I need some people to answer a quick questionnaire in regards to motoring. I do not need any personal details, and of course privacy is a given- names will not be recorded, etc. I would appreciate these few minuts of your time, it would be very helpful. Thisis market research going toward a fictional shop that shall never come into existence, in case you were wondering.

1. Do you/have you ever owned a car?
If the answer is no, you cannot answer the later questions- so thank you for your interestm but you input is not needed :)

2. What kind of car is it?
Small car, Hatchback, Saloon, People Carrier, Off Roader, Van, Sports Car, Other (please specify).

3. About how often, other than MOT, does you car need to visit a garage? (MONTHS)

1 to >3, 3 to >6, 6 to >9, 9 to >12, 12 to >18, 18 to >24, 24+

4. Do you feel the garage you use is convienient to you (consider location)?

5. About how much do you spend on garge costs? (MOT, Servicing, Faults, etc. NOT Fuel.) (£).

<100, 100-199, 200-499, 500-999, 1000-1499, 5000-2000, 2000+

6. Does the garage NOT provide a service you would like it to? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).

7. What service do you use most often? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).

Thank you for your time, and I apologise if I have some of the terminology wrong- I onlya just bought a Mini 25, and I can't even drive it yet!

1. Do you/have you ever owned a car?
I own one just now.

2. What kind of car is it?
Small hatchback (Renault Clio)

3. About how often, other than MOT, does you car need to visit a garage? (MONTHS)
I haven't actually owned it that long (about 5 months) and so far I've only taken it to a garage once for new track rod ends.

1 to >3, 3 to >6, 6 to >9, 9 to >12, 12 to >18, 18 to >24, 24+

4. Do you feel the garage you use is convienient to you (consider location)?
The one I used is actually rather inconvenient (I only went there because my dad's cousin owns it, it's actually about 35 miles away). If I were to have anything else done to my car however I would take it to the one that's a 5 minute drive away.

5. About how much do you spend on garge costs? (MOT, Servicing, Faults, etc. NOT Fuel.) (£).
Track rod end replacement cost me £70, so <100

<100, 100-199, 200-499, 500-999, 1000-1499, 5000-2000, 2000+

6. Does the garage NOT provide a service you would like it to? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).
Not that I know of.

7. What service do you use most often? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).
It's difficult to say, seeing as I've only been once, but I'll say wheels/chassis area.

1. Do you/have you ever owned a car?
Own one.

2. What kind of car is it?
Saloon

3. About how often, other than MOT, does you car need to visit a garage? (MONTHS)
9 to 12? I never usually take it to the garage, and do it myself.

4. Do you feel the garage you use is convienient to you (consider location)?
I only ever use my mate's garage which is about 10 miles away? There's garages closer to me but I always go here as obviously I know him, and if there's a major fault which can't be fixed on a driveway he'll open it up whenever and do his best to help.

5. About how much do you spend on garge costs? (MOT, Servicing, Faults, etc. NOT Fuel.) (£).
So far (since february) about £150 for a sump guard and chassis notch.

6. Does the garage NOT provide a service you would like it to? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).
Nope, I wouldn't buy my wheels from a generic retailer anyway as they're all really common, cheap and disgusting. haha :)

7. What service do you use most often? (e.g. Exhausts, wheels).
Usually just removing/replacing things I've broken from hitting the floor :P
