it lets you customise your ipod/iphone as much as you can. Custom themes, ringtones etc. And if you install "Installous" (you install it through Cydia, i'm sure there is a website around that will teach you that) you can search for "cracked apps" which are apps from the appstore that have been cracked to run from on any device..
