At level 40 construction you can makes alters which you craft telle tabs on. the first one you can make at level 40. can you make varrok tabs on it? if not what tabs can you make and do they make profit?

also: whats a cheep way to 40 construction? or the cheapest.

Yeah you can make varrock teleport tabs on the Oak Lectern.

As for training, you should make crude wooden chairs, until level 19 when you can make a workshop and make flatpack oak chairs. From 32 you can make carved oak tables, or oak larders at level 33, which is the most common way of training. I'd also recommend hiring a butler at level 30 as that can speed up training.

Construction can be very expensive to train. You can use sacred clay hammers to double your experience, so less cash is needed. If you still can't afford training it, you could mine your own clay at the Rimmington mine using a bracelet of clay and build a clay fireplace. This is very slow experience though.
