I have sent emails. I would much rather prefer calling Sulake, although turns out they don't even cover long distance charges for Canada.

I understand how angry you are, at the moment as I was banned unfairly too recently. Calling Sulake won't help as they will not and wont help bans over the phone. The help team also have a backlog of issue due to the merge so just be patient and you will get unbanned, I'm sure! :)

Hopefully you can get this reverted. Sulake is so off track of what things are important to moderate and what things aren't, that it's no wonder why popularity of the Habbo game in general hinders.
