Facebook Account Disabled?

I logged in today and it said it was disabled due to the fact that it may have been compromised, what do I do?

I guess contact Facebook and appeal to get it back with evidence you're the owner?

my dad had the same problem before, he just contacted facebook and it was sorted in a couple of days
