Well if you check http://tip.it theres a calculater which tells you what you get from alching bows, armour ect and when you sell to a store you get the same amount as you would from a low alchemy

Theres not really much point alching willow bows as its a waste of natures, just sell to the general store ;)

Alchemy is a magic spell where you can exchange items for cash :)

Alchemy In real life was the process of turning things(often lead) into gold (It didnt work but meh) Twas like early chemistry :D

So I imagine the spell lets you turn your items into gold (If it is a spell) Hope I am right ^_^

You need 55 magic for high alchemy and you need nature runes and fire runes..

Low Alchemy [Often Said as low alch] Exchanges your item for less gold [Level 21 Magic]

if you are level 126, surely, you have past the runescape turtial already, unless you played runescape like 6 years ago and they didnt have tuttials that time as they send you to lumby straight away.
