This sounds like quite a good initiative to protect young people online and hopefully will make them feel more secure about dealing with unwanted attention.

I don't think its a good idea that it has to be installed as an application, it should be on the facebook homepage permanently until that person turns 18.

Still it's a good idea but they should make it more visible..

That's because it's not on there yet. It's definitely a good idea, but will be abused a lot.
