Okay i recently got an iphone 3gs, brand new, from Tesco - with a Tesco contract. (Tesco stream through o2's network).

Unfortunatley, i have attempted several times to get the cellular data network working but it refuses. (this is the mobile internet)

I have tried resetting the settings and rebooting the phone. no luck.

I looked on the o2 website and they said to change it to mobile.o2.co.uk within the network settings, instead of idata, then turn off and turn back on the phone. This has not worked either.

The phone connects fine to wifi just not mobile internet. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem?

Why are you trying to connect to the O2 thing if your on tesco? Maybe thats the problem.

Yeh they use there network but it would be different?

Yes it uses O2s network but you still need to input Tesco details (for pay and go customers), I Googled it and here you go:

have fun!
