Latley we've been having email delivery issues which was due to a blacklist - we got a dedicated ip to try and prevent this because we where on a shared hosting account. However our host didn't realise someone (not myself) had set up a system that was trying to set up emails every 15 minutes and so on.

We removed these scripts with our new IP. We still had problems however - hotmail wasn't reciving any of our emails and our new IP was in one blacklist still, Spamcanibal - this was because our host hadn't set up a reverse dns, they did and now hotmail seems to be getting emails, but they go straight into the junk folder.

I thought it could be SPF related - but i know of SPF but not much about it or how to use it - we where told to generate a new record automatically with cpanel but it was the same details.

Does anyone know why this could happen and ways to remove it? I'd rather have all the emails going straight to the inbox as professionaly it does look a lot better.

Thanks.
