The habbo way states 'Do not steal or scam passwords, credits or furniture from other players.' However anytime I report someone for scamming they send me some ******ed message 'Trade your furniture at your own risk'. How does that make any ******* sense if its not against the habbo way why have it on the habbo way homepage?

Some people may argue this has nothing to do with the hotel moderators, however since they demolished help.habbo.com they are bound to get help requests.

Some will say this is an automated message, I have no doubts that it is. However why ******* lie if your problem clearly hasn't been resolved?

The 'Thank you, your issue has now been resolved.' is an auto message, it sends to you when they open your call for help.
I agree with mods being useless, just the other day i reported someone for flooding a 'free credits' website, one reported they i got the message back 'Please use the ignore button'

They probs dont like banning people who have brought credits in the past

I have to agree with jacktard. Although (to me) it doesn't seem that they're banning people as much any more - or at least not for the right reasons, the reason for this is probably because they figured that the more people the ban the less money they're likely to make.

This is completely ridiculous. Even if they don't want to ban people who have bought credits in the past, they need to abide by the rules.

On numerous occasions I have reported people and I just get the "Please use the ignore button" - even when I have selected the correct category and everything.

Useless!
