I'm not to bad, I do daily exercises before I go to bed (Sit ups, Crunches, ect) and I've got a weights machine in the shed which I use every other night.

sooner than that actually, when i started working out about a year ago people actually started to tell me i looked more muscular about a month afterwords, and i didnt even try too hard. i still dont lol.

yeah im pretty content with myself. this summer ive been slacking a little on my exercise but im planning on re-buffing myself all august haha. really for the past year or so i've been more confident than ever with my appearance. not to sound full of myself but i got pretty lucky with my genes, im really well proportioned, i have the metabolism of a 5 year old and theres no trace of baldness in my family. the only thing im not satisfied with is my height which is 5'8'', but apparently that's about average anyway so i shouldnt really complain.
