Toy Story will be continuing in the form of shorts. Also, many of the cast have signed into a fourth film.

Yh it was so emotional and heart warming.

I saw the first showing of it in my cinema and i loved itttt! it's so emotional, i still prefer the first two but i still loved the 3rd, if a fourth one is to be made i wonder how it would be done, it wouldn't be the same without
andy, cause he left and they're HIS toys and it'd be strange seeing them with bonnie

I was smiling till I read that. Oh dear. It's dragged on too long now. Toy story 2 was a let down. I hope 3 is better. From what I've heard about 3, 4 seems pointless :S

It's Hollywood. The point is money.

Fez
20-07-2010, 08:24 PM
The point is money.

That applies to practically everywhere you go. The only driven people (who want to make good films) are often just the Creative People, or the small indie filmmakers with a story to tell. Even they get swept into the madness of the dollar.

Yes, Pixar are only bothered about money when they release one feature film a year.

Saw it today, it was sooooooooo good, had to hold the tears back at 2times, same as everyone else. its a must see tbh

saw them in the credits.

& i thought it was alright.
wasn't as good as i was hoping, still good though.
really hope they end it there & don't make a 4th though.
it's a good ending.

Samantha.

I saw it tonight and I thought it was great!
I don't think they'll bring out a 4th, it'll ruin it I think because it was a great ending.

Spoiler: don't read if you haven't watched the film:
Before I watched it my friend told me that Buzz and Woody die at the end and I was like OMG REALLY?! and I believed it..

i enjoy like all pixar films so i dont care if they are just looking to make money out of it or whatever if its good they can have it. i want a good movie, they want money, if they give me the movie they can have my money. ;l

waste of time and money gong to see it :(

Why?

I saw it last night and is easily one of the best films i have ever seen.
The ending is beautifully done, and as much as i hate to say it there should not be a toy story 4.

Intesting fact. If you were 12 when you saw Toy Story 1, you would be 28 Now :D

And the average age when i went to see it was easily around 20.

Samantha.
23-07-2010, 01:17 PM
It was also one of the best films i've seen too!
It'll ruin it if they bring out a 4th! It was defiantly not a waste of time.

when i went it was way above that, im 15 and my group of friends were probably the youngest in there
in the row infront of us there was two elderly couples together watching it like a double date :)

There was this old woman sat in front of me and my friends and she was hilarious she just kept laughing at it! :')

Samantha.
23-07-2010, 04:57 PM
You won't regret it, you will love it! One of my friends wanted to go watch it in 2D but I think it was amazing in 3D :D

Misawa
24-07-2010, 04:19 PM
The 3D is completely non-essential to the film, and since it's a colourful movie, and 3D actually darkens picture quality, you're actually better off seeing it in 2D. Cheaper, too.

Neversoft
25-07-2010, 12:23 PM
I had to see it in 3D as I was staying at a relatives house this week and their local cinema was only showing the 3D version. I was greatly disappointed I would have to see it in 3D, but it was great nevertheless. I had to really hold back the tears during the end. I couldn't recommend the film more, but 3D is pointless. Go see it in 2D.

They almost died and when Andy and the little girl were playing.

Most brilliant film I've ever seen

Let's be fair, it's been out a week, if you haven't seen it already you can't be that bothered about it.

Anyway, it was a great film. I'm just hoping it ends here.

I'm soon going to go and see this. Can't wait!! I've never seen a 3D film so how do they work? I know you get the glasses, but is it worth going to see it specificity in 3D?

Misawa
26-07-2010, 10:37 AM
3D is a flawed gimmick - and seeing as how Toy Story 3 isn't being sold as solely a 3D film, and also has completely non-essential 3D, you're better of seeing it in 2D, along with the greater picture quality 2D gives.

Saw it in 3D today, don't think the 3D part added much to the film itself but nonetheless it was amazing. I pray they don't make a fourth because that was a great ending. I don't mind admitting that I cried twice, couldn't help myself!

Toy Strory 3's really good:) but yeah the end made me cry :( but I lol'd when they had the anime reference in it with the little girl. xD I watched it in 2d. Apparently 3d was quite bad, but oh well. It saved me a bit of money :/

The movie was soooooo amazing, but toy story 2 is still better then 1 & 3
I think having to wait ages to see toy story 3 has given it a bigger build-up so everyone's way more excited to see it ;D
