Yep it did like 2-3 weeks ago by someone who called themself a mate. its been robbed before but not while we owned it, although next door got robbed a year back

When I was little, my back garden and shed got burgled 3 times within a few weeks. They stole my first bike :(
There used to be a big meany person when I lived there too, he used to force his way into my house when it was just me and my sister there and steal stuff. He killed my goldfish :(

A few bottles of wine were stolen when my mum's car was broke into. Apart from that never and hope for it to never happen. :(

Yeah must've been like at least 5 years ago I guess if not a couple more, came home from school to find my little brother in absolute hysterics outside as he'd gotten back there first (he went to a different highschool to me) and found the back door totally smashed up and a load of stuff gone. Literally thousands of pounds worth taken from the house, as well as my stepdad's motorbike from the garage which they'd found the keys to inside. Quite frightening to think of how easy it must've been for what was probably just a couple of guys with a van

no, someone stole my mums car. I was getting ready for school one morning and it was there then the next minute it was gone.......

Yes and no. For a little while my dad had caravans on the ground he used to own, and for a little while we had to stay there 3 or 4 days of the week. One week, after we hadn't been there for a few days, we went up and found the caravan doors lieing open, drawers open stuff thrown everywhere, tvs, heaters and everything all missing.
So yeah kind of, but it wasn't really my house.

Once, around 7 years ago in my old house. They stole our video camera and my mum's wallet. Though my mum's wallet was found a few years later in a near by primary school's sandpit :S.

Never had my house burgled *Touch wood* and I think a lot of people in the area know we have cameras around the property. My next door neighbour was robbed a few years back and we actually caught it on our cameras... the guy walking out with a VCR in his hand.... needless to say he got caught :D

i caught someone trying to rob our house, they like were walking down my front path and they opened the door, but they saw me standing in the kitchen window and legged it. truly terrifying.

Our old house was about 15 years ago. It was my brothers friends dad who knew from his son what we had in the house and that we are never in on Saturdays. We came home and we had been burgled. All they took as my dads £1000 tv which at the time was mega expensive, they didn't take any bikes, jewelery, computers, money despite going through and rummaging in almost all of the drawers in the house. Pretty lucky that is all they took and nothing has happened since.

No, but there was one time I was staying with a friend while her parents were away and someone tried to break in while we were sleeping. My friend heard loads of noise downstairs and came and woke me up, I grabbed a golf club and went downstairs and chased two people up the road in a pink dressing gown lol. They'd tried to get into my car, too, but failed. The lock damage cost me a bit :@.

yeah :( stole my bloody birth certificate and some other stuff, nothing that important, we don't really have anything flashy in our house loooool. also the number of times our car has been broken into I've forgotton, and our old golf got stolen :( was pissed because it had my grannies quilt in it which was the nicest thing in the world :( OH AND MY WELLIES GOD DAMN THEM.

Not my house, but i was at my nannas when i was younger and was sleeping in the back garden with a cousin, and we decided to come into the house because it was getting cold and stupidly we left the house keys in the tent.
So when we woke up the tent was all mangled, the keys missing and the kitchen had been raided like jewellery and stuff because its a kitchen/dining room so there's some decent stuff there, and we were only sleeping in the front room which is the next room.
They also took some things from the room just before the stairs, which to get to you have to pass through the front room, so they must've been walking back and forth while me and my cousins were sleeping LOL.
Quite scary to think of, they could've killed us or anything to be honest.

He always used to do stuff like that, not just to us, but to everyone on my street, 4 different families moved away just because they didn't want to put up with him any more. Every time we reported him to the police, his mum used to be all "you're just doing it because he's black" and the police would be too scared of being called racists to do anything.
