from having 0 posts to having at most 5 posts if the name is already in use.
My reasoning behind this is, most people post once when they sign upto a forum, because they usually sign upto that forum to post something, and then may never come back. Which can be seen for quite a number of people.
And i chose 5, because that is how much it takes before you can post without moderation. Now, if they haven't been on for so long, and still haven't posted enough to, what i consider a 'member', then i doubt they'll care about a name change as much as one of our active members would.
