Going by the love of Madina Lake I'd probs recommend:
Atreyu
Alexisonfire
Billy Talent
Funeral For A Friend
The Used

Yr lastfm says that you know most of em though.
If you want something other than post rock, I've been listening to these a lot:
- Sleigh Bells - Treats
Sounds like M.I.A minus the rap and + some guitars

- Battles - Mirrored
Sounds like Alvin and the Chipmunks playing on possibly the best prog-dance sound evurr

- Tokyo Police Club - A Lesson in Crime
Sounds like The Strokes if they were geeky star wars fans (since you like owl city, they are currently supporting him on his UK tour later this year)

ps pls avoid that Lil Wayne album :( it's horrid

Drake - Thank Me Later
Eminem - Recovery

I agree with these if you want the two worst rap albums that the mainstream's offered this year.

You don't seem to be a rap fan anyway so I won't bother recommending some better specimens of that, instead gonna suggest Leaving Through The Window by Something Corporate as it's an all-round amazing album whatever colour you are

tokyo police club makes sense, but sleigh bells and battles, though both super-fantastical bands, might be a bit alienating for someone who normally listens to pop-punk for the most part, especially battles lol. i dont find battles to be a dance band, cause all their songs go into strange time signatures and at some points are impossible even just to bob your head to.

anyway, if you have those green day albums there's no question that you need "dookie," which still and always will be their best album.
-"pinkerton" by weezer
-"united by fate" by rival schools
-"the body, the blood, the machine" by the thermals

Keri?!

yeah I'll get dookie now, god knows why I don't have it :O
I like weezer so I'll get them

and the other two bands I'll have a look at :)!

I can see what you mean on sleigh bells, but I've always thought Battles was a very accessible band (though not on paper), I think a lot of people would recognise Atlas and possibly Race: In.

Atlas is probably the make or break to see if you'll like them. Should really post YouTube videos to see if you'll like em first
