Either profiteroles (with proper cream, not ice cream :P) or this delicious dessert at Miller's Orlando Ale House.
It's called Captain Jack's Buried Treasure..

Starts with biscuit base, ice cream, caramel, ice cream, chocolate, cake, fudge.
Absolutely lovely!

had the best one ever in florida at the rainforest cafe thing

it was called the volcano, it was 3 big bits of brownie stacked up, and in the middle if the 3 brownies there were 4 scoops of icecream stacked up

it was a sharing dessert :)
