Need some usersystem help

I got a simple usersystem and I have a layout, I tried putting them together but I can't, I was wondering, could anyone give me some help to put the usersystem into the layout?

what have you tried to add them together? PHP Includes, is it actually in the layout? Iframes?

Just place the <?php echo "blah"; ?> stif in the page with the layout? (Make sure it's saved as .php though).
