Will I die?

My mum put one of them automatic air freshener things right outside my bedroom door and whilst sat on my computer for like the last 2 weeks I can always smell it really strong as if it's right in front of me, I can even taste it in my mouth and down the back of my throat. So is it doing me any harm and if it's that bad how long have I got?

Lol is this thread serious? It won't kill you unless you abuse it and like purposely spray it down your throat or something, these things are tested to be safe before they're put on the market.

Sorry if I come across as harsh, but it definitely won't kill you just because you can smell it. That's the whole point in it.

Nah I am serious. It's about 7 foot away from me and sprays every 20 mins. But it hangs around for 20 mins so it just never goes. Say I get home at like 8pm and sit on my PC till 12 that's 4 hours of that disgusting smelly chemical constantly being inhaled it's just vile I can't take it anymore. It obviously can't be doing me any good, that stuff can kill you if you abuse it so it still must have some lethalness when you have prolonged contact with it if you get what I meant. :S

Ask your Mum to move it if it's irritating you, but it definitely won't kill you.

If it isn't doing any harm to me then that's fine, I'll just be sure to get her to replace the smell for a nicer smelling 1 then all is good. :)

No longer or less or it will cause a chemical reaction so bad you could die in a matter of hours, this **** is serious so don't be spending less that two hour or longer in the shower. Make sure you scrub yourself with some serious body wash or that **** ain't ever coming off your skin. To get the taste from your month you're gonna have to brush for thirty minutes non stop, again, longer or less WILL result in a dangerous chemical reaction. Good look dude, i wish you the best. Yeh I know it has all strict testing and that but so does deodorant like lynx, don't you remember on the news that teenager that had instant death after spraying too much in his bathroom. Prolonged inhalation of many things can be harmful. I moved it away because it started to make me feel sick it was some disgusting flower smell.
