The reason you said 'I love your phone' means they think that you are trying to get phone numbers.
Sometimes, they mute you without a warning preceeding because you got a warning a few hours before, or a day before.

I remember that happened to me once, which really annoyed me.
Also, it really depends what you say. As I said something and said the same thing straight after it didn't mute. me However, if you say something they look into deeply about like inappropriate language and msm chatting then they will mute you quite rapidly.
