When I have left Habbo before I gave some stuff to my friends and then I'd go round random rooms and just trade random people bits of furniture :)

When I leave (which is soon) I'd spend a bit the credits on trophys for my friends (very few since most have left), give my younger sister (whos 9) all my furni and the rest of the credits. I played habbo since I was 8 and didn't get any furni till I was like 11, and she already has a house (funded by me and a friend), and I will give her the rest of my stuff. (If I decide to come back, I can get some of it back, and if I don't, I know whats happening to it xD)

Well I have no idea, as there is always a chance you may return.
I told someone I may leave the other week and he was straight in with 'Can I have your furni?' I was like NO. Firstly he used me for my furni, then he has the audacity to not pay me back, not apologize or nothing. Seeing as he's worth like 200hc+ now I don't think I should let him, nor consider him if I gave it to a close friend.

When I left Habbo I gave all my spare furni (around 50HC worth) to random people. I just went in whatever room was popular and said trade me for free stuff. I kept all of my rooms intact though. I put so much effort into making them that I just couldn't bring myself to demolish them. :P

I've kept most of my furniture and rooms due to the fact some of the rooms took weeks to make, and secondly I can't be bothered to trade things away, although I did give the last few people I got on with some bits and bobs :D
