What I'm asking here is "is there a subject you love, but you didn't take it for certain reasons?".
Yes, there is for me. I'd have loved to have took Music for GCSE because I'm very musical and I play for pleasure and the course looks rather easy. However, the Music Department in the school I was in was absoloutely terrible and there would have been no point until theire dept. got better, so I didn't take it.
What about you?
Politics, because the head of department wouldn't let me take it :@

i wanted to take textiles, but only like 3 people wanted to take it so they didn't do the course :l
For GCSE, I had to put off the double ICT award because I listened to my Mum for some reason who thought applied ICT was the same as textiles... dunno why I believed her.
Luckily I got to take ICT in A level instead.

I did Performing Arts for a long long while and aspired to go into it, then I realised at the end of the day it wasn't going to get me anywhere so hit it on the head :(
kinda sad about not doing any more music and dt for A level but meh, they're not taking me anywhere but I'm gonna miss them :( I also regret not doing geography for GCSE, but the teacher I would have had was terrrrrrible.

For A-Levels I'm taking French(l) Physics and Maths, (+general studies which we have to take). I got to do what I wanted really but If I have the option to do a 4th then I would like to to Chemistry but can't because it clashes with French :l

Well, I did Mandarin Chinese at GCSE however I don't think I'll continue with it next year. I was also put off of Drama because the Head of Department and I hated each other then at the end of the year when on options were given to us, he resigned!

I regret not taking English at A level because I was good at it in School but had no confidence that I'd do well in it at College. I've now realised it was stupid decision for me to make.
They cancelled Business Studies, one that I was very driven to do. My old PE teacher ran it, great guy.

I really wanted to change my options at GCSE and do Dance but then they wouldn't let me because apparently it was too full when it wasn't..
