I do agree with this. I know nvr is not from UK and stuff but it'll be the same sort of people entering otherwise.

You can't auto start a tournament at a certain time.

Both days I've come online at around 1pm or 2pm and there have still been places in the tournament, hence why I bump the arcade notice.

With our arcade leader being from the states he does set them when he can, although perhaps he could do some late evening our time too - I'll have a chat.

Should be sorted Josh

if hes in the states that means he sets them at like either midnight, or 3am ish lmao. depending on which side hes on. If its 8pm here, it could be like 4pm or 12pm where he is so, i dunno. maybe he does stuff in the day unlike most people D:

cheers oli

i agree with this; i feel like everytime i go and check (and i have checked daily) it's the same people filling the spaces.

yeah, that's how I was feeling.

I don't come on here right away, but everytime I see a new tournament it's full. Maybe more spaces?

or maybe (here's an idea) you run like 4 or more of the same game as a tournament, then the winner from each tournament can go into a big final tourney? if that makes sense.

There is a limit on how many tournaments a certain person can play a week - nvr has said that if this limit doesnt work out he will change it.

I agree. The tournaments are being started at like 3am my time, so i'm nto gonna be up so I won't be able to enter?

I've tried everyday and it's always full, and I don't know where you looked today oli because I checked at 12:50 and there were no spaces..

The thing is, at HabboxForum we have 500ish active users and each day we can only provide 14 tournament spaces, we're restricting how many tournaments per week people can enter for this reason - perhaps this amount should decrease - idk I shall speak with Nvr.

But with only 14 places per day it's impossible for us to accommodate everybody.

what about more tournaments per day? can only enter one a day etc.

i think its fundamentally flawed the tournament thing. i think it should be something like 8 tournaments a week, and then the winners of that play a final tournament, rather than the points based one

We only have so many prizes to give out guys :P

yes but you'd be giving out a badge every week anyway, as well as the reputation points. My way there are less tournaments, but more chance for people to play, as winners of the previous tournaments cant enter. so you know that at least 15 different people can play.

I find it impossible to play because I'm only on between 11am-3pm AEST. which is about 1am-5am uk time :S

Yeah I had realized this was unfair yesterday, I plan to post tomorrow's at a different time, though I can't promise at what time. I intend to try and vary them, though it means that they'll come out at random times each day :P

I'm seeing there's a good amount of interest which means we may up the number of tournaments and slightly decrease the number of tournaments each person is allowed to enter.

I don't think it should be a point based system as Kk said. Chances are, your not even going to make it to a tournament because it's so busy, so I think like Kk said, all the winners should play each other and then the top 3 win the prizes of that week and so on.

I'll consider implementing that system for the last two weeks. Thanks for the suggestion.
