im just wodering if this has happened to any1 else?

every so often if im on an app and i press the home button the bar where your top5 apps normally are appears and scrolls along showin all ur apps

You mean multi-tasking..? Double press the home button.. Google 'iOS4 features'

How could you not know double tapping on your home button bought up the multitasking menu?! lol :P
