I have the hero. I voted hero too, never had a go on a legend but just going on aesthetics I think Hero

The Legend! Looks so sexy (even though the Hero, and in fact, all HTC phones do), and has an AMOLED screen!

I have the Hero but due to the Legend being more newer and what not, I would say go for that!
