Even if they were busy, they shouldn't just ban users so that they can get on with something else

The hands-off method of moderation they are using these days is making the situation worse. At least when you saw a MOD in a room you knew something was being done. It's a news-worthy event if you see a MOD these days.

Well, I used the CFH 8 times in a row. 5 of which were never answered. I was asked who to e-mail about help as the Help tool isn't working at the moment. Their responses included "Click shutup on someone to ignore them." and "Please use http://help.habbo.com" WHICH DOES NOT WORK.

Oh well, will be back on laters.

Habbo would do well in my eyes to scrap professional moderation and first allow all right holders to ban users from rooms for as long as they'd like upto several days, as well as to implement a "vote out of room" feature like many FPS games have.

Ok, this is taking the biscuit. Where do I go for help!? I can't keep CFH'ing as they never actually help. The Help Tool IS NOT working and Habbo do not supply any other e-mail to contact. Grr!!

the call for help in the client is quite good for me :/ cause on the day of michael's mario karts event, like 4 people came in advertising a scam site so I reported them via the CFH line saying " ....... - is giving out links to scam sites" and they got banned (most likely permed) a minute later:D

Both the new and old help tool doesn't work for me. I choose other then other for the drop down options for problems but my request never actually get sent!

for me you don't need to write long detailed ones. and normally i don't say what the website was due to habbo mods being right idiots.
