$200. far, far too much.considering fuel is much cheaper in the US too that's an enormous amount of fuel, do you drive a ridiculous amount or have some sort of gas guzzler?

Thanks! It's gorgeous but it uses a ton of premium gasoline!

Are gassed range rovers not very popular? It would be something to look into, adding value to your car as well as saving you money.

Why not try getting a car that uses less gas lol? Oil isn't a renewable energy yano. We all complain that petrol is expensive in UK, but considering it forces us to buy smaller cars and use less, it's good that it protects the planet and oil resources. But then again... we use less, you use more - not really saving anything :(

You know, a lot of people buy that stuff thinking it will improve performance but it only really makes a difference in high performance engines.

I have a car that uses less gas. A 3.0L V6 is as low as I'm going to do. Mom was either going to trade the car on a new Mercedes S400 hybrid and keep the Ford or sell the Ford, keep the car and buy the truck. I spend $200 a week for personal, and commercial driving.. and $200 is strictly April to 2nd week of August.

hmm, I guess it varies on what I've got on that week, but if it's just my usual work pattern (which doesnt seem to happen often), it's around £20-£25 a week I guess. I only just got a new car, and this one seems to be a little bit better in terms of petrol, giving me slightly more mileage. I do however seem to drive on the petrol light quite a lot. xD

I haven't really got a high performance engine, it's only running 185bhp but it's only like 10p more per litre so I only use premium fuel and oil, and it gets serviced every 5k miles.

Fair enough then, it is supposed to make your engine last longer.

i run regular and premium once a month.. synthetic high-mileage oil every 5k! honda states it only requires regular unleaded fuel but i heard somewhere that running premium every so often will help clean your engine, don't know if it's true but 80,000 miles and she runs like a dream!

When I'm at uni, about £25-30 a week. At the minute, I'm probably spending half than that!

when i had school it was like 40-50 dollars a week, which would fill my gas tank
although i drove around 100km a day to school and back, then driving around afterwards.
