View Full Version : Best way to get back into sleeping routine
I'v been staying up all night lately and it's kinda ruined my sleeping routine :(
What's the best way to get back into it?
- Go to bed now and wake up in about 6 hours
- Stay up all day so that I'm more tired at 8-9pm

I face this problem quite a lot of the time. Normally I do the first option and just wake up early. I wouldn't advise staying up all day, you feel like ****!
If I stay active, drink caffeine i should be okish. At least when its night, i'll just fall onto my bed :D

i'd just stay up all day and go to sleep at about 8pm :]

Staying up all night is probably the most boring thing ever, you should just get up early at least then you'll be tired on the night rather than during the day, which happens when you stay up all night. :P

If I was in that situation which I often have been, you are best of staying up all day and going to bed at around 10. If you go to sleep now you will wake up at about 12am or even in the middle of the night which is just putting you back to the start really.

Best advice you'll get is to stay up all night and wake up early so that you feel tired earlier
I just stay up all night, feel like **** during the day, and then go to sleep like 12ish.
