HTC Desire Froyo update

Hi, I bought a HTC Desire last month and it was tied to T-Mobile, but I swiftly unlocked it to use my O2 sim card in it.

I understand the froyo update is for those with unlocked handsets. Does this mean I'll get the update? When I turned the phone on, I still see the T-Mobile logo.

You'll get the T-Mobile update in september unless you change your Android ROM using the HTC Updater on the HTC site.

Personally, I'd root though, I've had Froyo for 4 weeks now :P
