I dont play habbo, but im bored and decided to make this. What is everyones opinion on the new HxD? Like it? Hate it? ?!?!?!?!

That's the plan. I think it is always the same when a layout is changed, it's quite a shock and people find it hard to adjust. However people were looking for a change in layout and that is what they got, and I think overall the room looks good and will serve it's purpose just fine :D

No prob :) And I really like it. I think its much more of a lounge but at the same time still a help desk :) It suits the summer theme and works really well.

Perhaps Colin has just gone on a long holiday! I did not realise big rooms lagged some members so much. I am sure this would translate to one of the smaller ones and I have a cola machine to spare if needed. :)

Only improvements are: Remove imp tele.... It isn't needed. If people come into the HxHD just to socialise, chances are they are registered on the Habbox Forum and can find the new one.

Once you remove the imperial teleporter, you can put a cola machine there. :) And also bring back Colin.

I love the new layout, it's much better than the old one which I really disliked. Matt's one has a lot of character unlike Jin's. It'll be easier for the HxHD dept too and more efficient for bans, etc. I'd say the imp looks a little out of place but apart from that I love it, good job Matt & everyone who helped! :)

I really like it, but the down side is that the room is too big. and theres a big empty black space at the side of the Staff area.

I can see what Mr Garner has done, and made it a big room so 50 peeps/peepettes can come in, but its too big. If it stay's likr this Mr Garner will have to do something about the empty black area.

Yes it would. The butler looks way out of place - at least the cola machine relates to cold drinks on the beach rather than.... a butler? :P
Oh, and tiki sands will look a lot better. A dirty country field doesn't really go with the nice serene water.

if you're going to keep this hidious layout and let the people who need help lag out and not get in the room then atleast stick **** in the black area reduce its uglyness by 1%

b) Remove the imp - anyone using other help desk knows by now
c) Remove marquee - the room is never closed off using that so its pointless
d) In the imps place put a pineapple plant with GBB on top of it
e) Put a GBB on the pine plant as it doesn't go with the other 2
f) Rotate the rainbows so they go toward each other, not away
g) Put more tiki furni on the bars as theres a fruit basket at one side then absolutely nothing at the other
h) Remove the croc it's pointless and using up water space
i) Put some chairs or anything you can sit on in the water to increase sitting space
j) Remove the tiki parasol in the middle of the room, it blocks like 6 spaces
k) Move the 2 chairs next to the tiki parasol to face the water and put them together
l) Do something with the empty space, anyone who receives room lags will already do so and you don't care about it so why bother now stick more furni in, even if its furni to hold an event to increase the popularity of the help desk
m) Get more deck chairs and vary the colours, atm next to the ICMs there each colour but everywhere else its basically red or yellow, so get more blue/green etc

The differences of that was that the half was covered in furni and HxHD Management did not want to open it that much because they couldn't see what everyone was saying. In this case, half the room is used and doesn't have that problem. You keep saying no one likes v9 rooms but 10+ people voted they love it... So either way. Whatever the layout looked like, someone would hate it.

I think synchronizing the basket on either side would actually come off as tacky. I'm all for putting more items on the bar itself although we don't want to over do it!

Enabling walk through on habbos reduces the blocking cause by staff but then again you could always branch out sidewards as at the moment there is nothing in that huge space

Removed the ones that's been sorted, first 2 you need the 2 GBB's but other than them, whats happening with other 8? :P

I think it is fantastic, and i'm sick of people moaning about V9 rooms - those who are do they realise you now have a zoom in button which makes the room basically the same as the pre-V9 rooms? Good room, amazing layout - suprising what you can do with all the furniture now.

1) In the imps place put a pineapple plant with GBB on top of it -- Need the GBB
2) Put a GBB on the pine plant as it doesn't go with the other 2 -- Need the GBB
3) Rotate the rainbows so they go toward each other, not away -- ?
4) Put more tiki furni on the bars as theres a fruit basket at one side then absolutely nothing at the other -- ?
5) Put some chairs or anything you can sit on in the water to increase sitting space -- ?
6) Do something with the empty space, anyone who receives room lags will already do so and you don't care about it so why bother now stick more furni in, even if its furni to hold an event to increase the popularity of the help desk -- ?
7) Sort the stickies out like old HxHD so they're compact together instead of in a straight line down the room looks better -- ?
8) Change the staff entrance tele it doesn't match the tiki/summer furni range -- ?
9) Replace the staff area with shallow water, inflatable chairs then you may keep the teleport -- ?
10) Stickie shsould be moved into the main area of the room, atm if you load on the normal habbo client without editing the size/full screen then you can't see the stickies unless you move down near the bottom -- ?
11) Remove the parasol it wastes likt 6 spaces -- Any reason this was undone?
12) Remove the BBQ, it wastes half the staff area, as hoteluser said new trialists so you need to maximise the seating area in the staff -- Any reason this was undone?
13) Move the 2 deck chairs to face the water -- Any reason this was undone?

When it full (according to staff it often is, even though ive never seen it) then it won't really matter? If people are in the room it won't look plain however when its empty it may do, put another 4 chairs behind it or something then its sorted

What staff? I was in there since 6am and not one HxHD staff member has been in there except Molly. I think they are exaggerating. I think that when they remove the parasol, the deck chairs do need to go in a different order, not just the standard straight line. It's very plain and boring.

Matt, maybe have a little area in the middle where you can barbecue or something? It just needs something there.

Okay I'm on my last few minutes in the internet café but I really like the room. I really like the summer theme. The big room I think is a great idea to fit in more people but if it's lagging people they won't come back and it's unfair for them and it's no benefit to us. Well done everyone involved!

P.S. When I read that Colin was gone I was like "WOOO" but you've brought it back :'(
