Heya everyone!
Just thought I'd share a site I finished a week or 2 ago with you, really simple design, but the idea of it is nice.
You'll notice the large image also goes behind the navigation so your arrow has a nice flowing fill.
Took me AGES to get the z-index and positioning right with CSS but we got there.
Thoughts? :)

Is that it? No offence but anyone with limited HTML knowledge could create that.

I never said it was mind blowing lol
I just made it to his spec and thought I'd share the results :)
Meh it's alright but annoying how it refreshes the page each time you click a picture

Don't listen to people on this forum, if it doesn't have cheap drop shadows and gradients it's crap.
I personally feel that that layout is fantastic to display the photography. There's no mess, no distractions, it just shows exactly what it should. I suggest you add a background changer to make the background back as many photos come alive on a black background.
Very good, keep it up!

@MattFr We never said anything bad about the layout. It's lovely but I just wanted to comment to say it's an easy design to make, simple.

Nice, but could've incorporated the images into the website better. It seems you have a page for every photo, making it hell to navigate.
I dno i quite like it, simple and lets you get to where you wanna go in the site, see what you wanna see. Simplicity is sometimes a good thing.
