It seems that EA picked on the whole LBP concept except it looks crap.
"Electronic Arts has announced what certainly looks like its own take on LittleBigPlanet (http://www.shacknews.com/reviews/game.x/4064#graph1)--a platformer with sandbox level creation named Create (http://www.shacknews.com/reviews/game.x/9961#graph1) that's somewhat lacking in personality.
Create players can, ahem, create their own "level-based challenges" to solve, made with "easy-to-use brushes and tools, including textures, props and animating objects that bring the scene to life." Naturally, completing levels will earn you rewards and levels can be shared online.
"Create uses families' imaginations to develop new ways to play together that are both fun and challenging," said Harvey Elliott, general manager at developer EA Bright Light. "We wanted to design a game where the entire family can explore, decorate, and solve challenges where no solution is wrong and the only limit is the imagination."
Create is scheduled for release this November, with PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and Mac versions in the works. The PS3 edition will boast PlayStation Move features".
