Would prefer ebuyer

No, but find out if motherboard comes with sata cables, if not buy 2 sata cables aswell for the hard drive + optical drive as they don't come with them, i know most mobos ship with them but i've never checked cheaper mobos.

Could also upgrade to E6500 for 8.50 or something

Easy. If you can go a little over budget you might consider a graphics card.

Motherboard always comes with cables Scott.

so don't really need another gfx card, onboard one will be sufficient
