Black ops pre-orders out-pacing all other cods

This just in: #CODBlackOps (http://twitter.com/search?q=%23CODBlackOps) pre-orders are out-pacing all other COD pre-orders to date. Thanks all for your support!

So blackops has had more pre-orders at this point than mw2? Wow. If i can remember everyone was super hyped about mw2 but this time around i don't see anyone whos mega hyped.

I think people are 'secretly' excited, like everyone was so stoked for MW2 and because in some respects it was a let down, perhaps this time around people aren't as open about how much they're looking forward to it.

I say it's out of these:
1. More mature audiences now who would prefer to preorder.
2. Because of like other releases they're buying it now, there wasn't much for mw2
3. Because it's a fresh idea for the COD franchise, mw2 a continue on from COD4. COD4 did do well but obviously it wasn't known as well as a franchise.

Also it might be like only for USA or something, he never said what country or what store that info was coming from.

Black Ops is supposed to be like 10x better than MW2 (that wont be hard to beat), so yeah i can see why people are going mad and pre-ordering it! :P

I normally wait until october until i pre-order because sometimes they have those limited editons that include the gamer pics. Mm that reminds me, i need to pre-order force unleashed 2 soon. xD

Gamerpics are little pictures for an xbox profile. Not sure if they have those sort of things on ps3 though.

This is what I'm doing it, if they release other editions with some goodies and they catch my eye, I'll pre-order it, otherwise I'll just get it in store
