Hey, I think maybe to have news in the actual current affairs forum forum we could have the news bot and have it to post real life news from Habbox News because at the moment you may aswell rename it to Politics Crap because it's full of people (no names) arguing about the government and stuff.

a sad truth, but i think the bot may just spam it with crap, but cant be much worse than how it is now.

I think just a BBC News or Sky News RSS feed would be better.

True, i certainly dont post (even with all my spamming recently) in there because i'll either get my head nommed off, or its just purely stuff i've heard so much now i couldnt care less about.

Yeah I'm rather tired of the EU, government, immigrants, prisons 'debates' (if they went anywhere rather than in a circle, maybe they'd be better). However, bots are annoying tbh, the Habbo bot got removed, I can imagine one in the current affairs forum wouldn't last long either, sorry!

Although I don't really relate to much of the content in current affairs as it's mostly Europe oriented I like the debating which occurs in the forum. I think sometimes there are some staff members who take it too far to the point where they're misrepresenting Habbox (although who am I to talk :P) but that's really an entirely different issue altogether.

With a bot, the forum would be spammed constantly. There is news happening all the time - and half of it wouldn't be much to comment on.

Wootzeh has summed up my immediate response here really, if you want news - post the news :P
I know we have a problem with some people politicising everything and it is an absolute nightmare, but the point is to get more people over to that forum and if more people post there is less chance of the threads turning into "it's cause UKIP aren't in power"...

No more bots please, Habbox News always annoyed people and we finally got rid of that. It's really down to the users on what news they wish to post and see on the forum! :P
