At the moment I have a Samsung Tocco Light, I really love my phone, although I wanted a blackberry for my birthday :( LOL

I have the Samsung Tocco. It's quite outdated now, but if anyone is thinking of getting it, don't. The keyboard while texting is so stupidly set out, the touch screen is slow to respond when using Opera Mini (doesn't come with the phone, but it's own browser is so bad you'll want to get Opera) and you can't get anything in terms of apps.

I always do that with computer mice. I use a Magic Mouse and I try doing touch gestures on class room computer mice without thinking.

As for your phone I thought typing on the keyboard would be a pain. Do you tap or click!

They're a very fun way to spend $99 that's for sure! They're only worth while in my opinion if you download something like MagicPref for it and use custom gestures though. Out of the box it doesn't really support many gestures.

If you think taking five seconds (no- it really does take five seconds I've had to reinstall KiK on my phone and have timed myself) to install KiK is faff then I am very concerned. You're making the market sound like a bad thing because it doesn't abide by the simplicity of standards in which RIM's OS abides by. But in reality RIM's OS is the one which has a disgusting lack in features and fails in most every category to uphold itself to the necessary requirements of a modern day smartphone.

You might say having access to hundreds of thousands of free and cool applications at the push of two buttons is not simple, I might say it's the best thing in this industry since the internet :P

Android runs pretty terrible on the N1. I've been using Android since Cupcake, but I wont be buying another Android handset again if I can help it.

Nexus One is my first Android handset - so I can't comment on that.

Rio II :) I'm not really into amazingly powerful smart phones. I have an iPod Touch and that does everything I'd like a Smart Phone to do.

It also has 3G which I'm very happy with :) The Touch Screen isn't amazing but I barely use it. I use the buttons more than anything.

That's an Android phone... your problem is either too many apps running in the background, or the battery really is dead, in which case you could just get a new battery...
